Basato sull'omonimo racconto di Harlan Ellison, uno degli scrittori statunitensi più acclamati di narrativa fantascientifica, I Have no Mouth, And I Must Scream porta il giocatore in una spaventosa atmosfera apocalittica 109 anni dopo che il supercomputer AM ha cancellato il genere umano.
AM è stato creato durante la guerra.
Odia tutti gli umani e ha deciso che gli ultimi cinque superstiti dovranno pagare per quello che ha fatto l'umanità.
I superstiti ora sono immortali, quindi AM può torturarli per sempre per soddisfare il suo sadico piacere.

"Great game, garbage port. The game had some minor visual glitches until I made it about halfway through. Now, I can't do anything without it crashing. I've restarted my phone, started a new game, tried different characters, everything. No matter what, the game freezer and crashes after I make one move. I want my money back, or the game repaired. "Games cool but I'm having an insanely hard time figuring out what to do and in what order to do it, and when I finally did manage to make some progress the game closed and forced me to start, all. Over. Again. I paid money for this so I'm going to play though all of it but ill probably just look up guides rather than waste my time figuring out the puzzles since apparently, I can just lose my progress in an instant. PS: the game hasn't been updated in over 5 years so don't expect any bug fixes."
